Life Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the process of “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” In reality it is about being honest with yourself and sorting out things that stop you from getting where you want. In many cases it is figuring out WHAT it is that you want first. I ask questions, you give honest answers and we work together to achieve the best possible result for you.
Who is it for?
For those who are too busy or stressed, who can’t stick with something long enough to get results, who are dealing with major changes and transitions, who keep putting the most important things on hold and especially for those who have no clue about what they want. So yes, life coaching is pretty much for anyone

How does it work?
Once you have identified your issue (or figured out that you are unable to identify what exactly it is but know that you want some changes) and once you are ready to be honest with yourself, we connect, sign coaching agreement and meet either online or in person.
We take a few minutes to discuss the coaching process and get to know each other and then proceed to discussing your current challenges and goals for the future. With time we move on to practical solutions for your issues and best ways to achieve them.
Each session lasts 1 hour
This is a program that needs to run its full course to be of long term benefit
Package of SIX 1 hr sessions – HKD 6,200
Additional, post-package sessions (if necessary) at $1,200 per session
Sessions may be held Online or In-Person in a private counselling space
Life coaching is NOT therapy
If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition such as depression or anxiety, you should talk to your doctor or therapist to discuss your treatment options. Life coaches can offer advice that can improve your well-being, but that does not mean they can provide mental health treatment
