Applying Lea Waters visible wellbeing principles of strengths-based strategies in the classroom in addition to supporting students and their parents with a variety of learning differences, stress, anxiety, depression and other issues have given me experience on which to base my counselling practice.

I bring my values of kindness, gratitude, acceptance and authenticity to our relationship to build a working alliance with you based on trust, respect and collaboration.
