Master of Counselling Student, Monash University, Hong Kong
Having had the privilege of growing young minds as an educator for over 20 years, I passionately believe that wellbeing is the foundation of learning and achieving your full potential. Applying Lea Waters visible wellbeing principles of strengths-based strategies in the classroom in addition to supporting students and their parents with a variety of learning differences, stress, anxiety, depression and other issues have given me experience on which to base my counselling practice.
I bring my values of kindness, gratitude, acceptance and authenticity to our relationship to build a working alliance with you based on trust, respect and collaboration. Approaches are drawn from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based therapies to help you address the root causes of your problems, find solutions to achieve your goals and live your best life.
