Liz specialises in Depression, Anxiety & Stress Management, Couples Therapy, Mindfulness, Crisis Intervention, Parenting and Eating Disorders. In her practise she utilises evidence-based treatment and psychodynamic therapy as well as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness techniques and Gottman Couples therapy.

Liz specialises in bridging the gap between psychology & counselling, spirituality and human potential. Using her counselling training, life experience and spiritual knowledge, she weaves modern science with ancient spiritual text to bring about actionable solutions and lasting change. Her counselling focuses on an outcomes-based approach placing the emphasis on the client’s desired outcomes from the therapy sessions
