Master of Counselling Student, Monash University, Hong Kong

Sarah is English and moved to Hong Kong in 2015. Sarah loves meeting new people and is approachable, open and committed. Counselling is her passion; she offers a collaborative space to help clients explore and understand themselves to establish new, favourable perspectives.

In London, Sarah worked in marketing where she developed her strength for building relationships. Sarah is also a qualified English tutor and a Life Coach. She enjoys working with her clients to establish goals and change their lives. These experiences inspired her to start her counselling journey.

Sarah works with adults of all ages suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and self-belief. As a student, Sarah is interested to use a range of techniques in the integrative approach such as CBT ( Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Sarah is looking forward to getting to know more clients with whom she can help build a realistic and fulfilling future.

Sarah is available for Mutual Benefit Therapy Practice (MBTP) sessions. Find out more here.
