The information collected may include your name, postal or email address, date of birth, and other miscellaneous information needed for an application to a course or therapy session.

All information is held, used or disclosed under State legislation and other applicable privacy laws and codes. You may be contacted by the aMindset Centre via e-mail, telephone or letter, if there is an event that may be relevant to your needs. If at any time you no longer wish to be contacted you can telephone, write, email and there will be an unsubscribe section in our Email newsletters. Your name will immediately be taken off our mailing list, as soon as the request is received.

If you believe your personal information is not accurate, complete or up to date, please contact the centre so we can keep our records accurate.

Any personal information collected in paper-form is held in a secure section of the aMindset Centre.
Our web sites are protected from misuse and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
