Venora has a degree in Finance, and has worked in the Financial Services industry for more than 10 years. Having been in the management role for over 6 years, Venora has extensive experience in working with young adults and adults to overcome challenges at work such as work stress, burnout, as well as advising on professional skills and career development. Outside of work, Venora also interacts with teenagers as a mentor by listening to their creative ideas as well as supporting them to pursue their dreams and passion. Venora is a mother to a little girl, and she’s keen to help families develop stronger and healthier relationships.

Venora takes a person-centred approach when working with clients. She is motivated by inspiring people and being inspired. She believes clients are the experts in their lives and can, through the counselling process, access their inner strengths and promote change. Her goals as a counsellor are to provide a safe environment for clients to explore their interests, develop goals and access their strengths and assets in order to move towards their aspirations.
